Timothy P. Keenan

Timothy Keenan was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was strong and resilient, and he was always willing to help those in need and give a couch to those who didn’t have a bed.

Tim was a graduate of Albertus Magnus college and worked in pest control. He was a lifelong NY Jets fan and was a long standing member and two time governor of the Danbury Moose Lodge.

After marrying his childhood sweetheart, they had two daughters. Tim is survived by his loving wife (Susan Stein Keenan), his younger daughter (Courtney Keenan), his granddaughter (Rebecca Hibner), his sister and sister-in-law (Christine Keenan, Christa Barber), and his niece (Shannon Barclay). He is predeceased by his elder daughter (Amie Keenan), his mother (Helen Enright McGuinness), his father (John Keenan), and his stepfather (Robert McGuinness).

Tim died on April 10, surrounded by his family after a long health battle. He will be missed. 

A memorial celebration will be held on June 20 at 1 pm at the Danbury Moose Lodge at 75 Boulevard Drive, Danbury, CT.
