Ronald E. Lobdell was reunited with his wife Theresa Marino on February 10, 2024. He was born on December 17, 1932 in Chatham, NY to Russell and Marion Lobdell.
As a young man, Ronald worked as an usher at Cameo Theater in Brewster, NY.
He started his career at Bethel National Bank in 1954 in their bookkeeping section and grew his career as a banker until retiring from Wells Fargo as an assistant vice president after lasting 39 ½ years in the industry.
Ron and his wife Theresa, who he adored, made their home in Bethel, CT. Sharing a love for dogs, the two raised 4 shelties throughout their time together, which brought them many years of joy.
Ronald was predeceased by his wife Theresa Lobdell; his brother, Wesley Lobdell; his brothers and sisters in law, Philomena Garcia, Anita Jones (Bill), and Peter and Joan Marino; as well as both of his parents.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters in laws; Marilyn and Louis Scalzo, Nick and Elaine Potenziani, and Bill Jones (Anita).
Ron is also survived by many nieces and nephews, who he treasured greatly. As he put it, “Uncle Ronnie loved them all.”
A private service will be held by his family at their own convenience, Danbury Memorial assisted with the arrangements.
