Rolin Sous

 Rolin Sous of Danbury, CT, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home and family on March 1, 2026. She was 93 years old. 

Born on August 8, 1932 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Rolin was predeceased by her husband Somoun Ouk. 

Rolin was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her family was her everything.  An avid gardener with a green thumb who could make anything grow. Her kitchen was the heart of the home, shared her love through homemade meals, famous for her Samlor Machou Kroeung, she never let anyone leave hungry.

Rolin is lovingly survived by her children; Dyan Ouk, Katinnara (Kat) Ouk and his wife Stephanie Ouk, her grandchildren; Kellerina Ouk, Lalinna Ouk, Marady Path, Davis Khoonsrivong Cathy Khoonsrivong and Patty Khoonsrivong. She was predeceased by her daughter Morokoth Khoonsrivong.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday March 7, 2026 from 9am-10:30am at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South Street). A cremation service will follow at 11am at Stone Family Crematory (125 Bullet Hill Road N., Southbury).
