Michael James King moved on from this life on June 19, 2025; he was born on August 3, 1984 in Danbury, CT. to Patty and Bruce King.
Michael will be remembered for his crazy, loving, joyful self. He was a true car guy, he loved riding motorcycles and in his younger years even competed in dirt bike competitions.
More than anything, Michael cherished his family and friends. He found true happiness in spending time with those he loved, sharing stories, laughs, and unforgettable moments. His presence was always felt, not just because of his infectious laugh, but because he genuinely cared. He had a rare and beautiful gift: the willingness to help anyone, anytime. Whether you needed a hand, an ear, or a laugh, he was there with no questions asked. His selflessness knew no bounds, and his generosity left a lasting mark on everyone he touched.
He was the most loving, full-of-life person we’ve ever known. He brought joy, humor, and warmth wherever he went, and he made it his mission to lift others up, even on his own hardest days. Michael was the kind of person you never forget, and we never will. His spirit lives on in the stories we share, the laughs we echo, and the love that binds us. Though he is no longer with us, the impact he made will be felt for generations.
We love you. We miss you. And we will carry your memory with us always.
His memory is carried on by his daughter: Alyanna King; in addition to his mother and her partner: Patty and Frank Streeter of Bethel, CT.; as well as his father, Bruce and Patty King of Brookfield, CT.; and his sister: Tina King. He will be forever missed by his nephews: Nelson and Dominic Cajamarca; his Godparents: Maryann and Ricky, and his aunts Tammy and Cindi; as well as the remainder of his family, too numerous to list here, but all beloved by Michael.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held for Michael on Monday, June 23rd at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South St. Danbury, CT.) from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held the following day: Tuesday, June 24th , at St. Peter’s Church (104 Main St. Danbury, CT, 06810) at 10:30am.
