Marly Ann Gore

Marly Ann Gore, of Danbury, CT, passed away on October 5, 2023. She was 43 years old.

Born on October 31, 1979 in Danbury, CT, daughter of the late David J. Gore Sr. and Nancy (Cahill) Gore. She graduated from high school and became a vet tech- her lifelong goal was to be a veterinarian.

Marly loved the outdoors and nature, she enjoyed listening to the birds, watching the butterflies and just the peacefulness that nature had. She enjoyed listening to music, reading and arts and crafts. Her daughter Taylor and her would craft all the time together. Marly had a strong faith in God, and she knew he would take care of her during her darkest days.

Marly is survived by her loving daughters; Katelynn Calderon and Taylor Calderon, her brother David J. Gore Jr and her nieces and nephew; Kylaa, Abbie and Riley. She was predeceased by many who she loved dearly.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Friday October 13, 2023 at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South Street, Danbury) from 3pm-5pm with a service to begin at 4:30pm.  Interment will be private. Please visit www.danburymemorial.com to send the family condolences.
