Mark Allen Brown Sr., a lifelong resident of Danbury, CT, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his own home with his family by his side on March 10, 2025. He was 69 years old.
Born on April 29, 1955 in Danbury, CT, son of the late Kenneth W. and Margaret (Mannion) Brown, and predeceased by his sister Theresa Stoops. Mark was a graduate of Danbury High School. Mark enlisted in the Navy shortly after High School.
Mark met the love of his life, Antonietta Boccia, while working at the King Pin Pub that was located in the Bowlarama bowling alley. The two married on June 10th, 1983 and created a beautiful life together. Mark worked with Matz Lumber as a driver and for Hawleyville Lumber in the lumber yard. He enjoyed bowling and was able to obtain a perfect 300 three times. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and was an avid participant at the Danbury RaceArena. You could always count on Mark to be wearing an item of clothing with an emblem of his favorite football team The Miami Dolphins.
Mark is not only survived by his beloved wife Toni, but also his children; Mark A. Brown Jr., Mindy M. Brown and Marisa A. Brown, his granddaughter; Adaline R. Salas and his sister; Diane MacDougall (Donald) and many nieces and nephews.
