Maria Dolores Tigre Quinde, of Danbury, CT, passed away on May 15, 2025. She was 59 years old.

Born on May 1, 1966 in Giron, Ecuador, daughter of the late Jose Antonio Tigre and Maria Ana Quinde. Maria was married to Manuel Quinde Vivar.

She was the beloved mother of Juan Pablo Quinde (Delia), Christian Alberto Quinde Tigre (Abigail), Abel Fernando Quinde Tigre (Jessica), Luisa Marina Quinde Tigre (Claudio), Manuel Efrain Quinde Tigre (Jessica), Anthony Steven Quinde Tigre (Joselin) and Christopher Machael Quinde Tigre (Mitzy), sister to Jose Tigre, Manuel Tigre, Mariano Tigre, Luciano Tigre, Rosario Tigre and her many grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister Rosa.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Wednesday May 21, 2025 from 5pm-8pm at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South Street, Danbury). A Mass of Christian burial will be on Thursday May 22nd at 10:30am at St. Peters Church (Main Street, Danbury) with interment to follow at Wooster Cemetery (20 Ellsworth Avenue, Danbury).
