Lynn Mary Cleary

Lynn Mary Cleary, of Bethel, CT, passed away on February 6, 2026 in Newtown, CT with her family by her side. She was 61 years old.

Born on May 21, 1964 in Danbury, CT, she was the daughter of the late Wendel and Nancy (Barrier) Currier. Lynn was married to the love of her life Joseph Cleary. Joseph predeceased his wife.

Lynn was a winter and snow lover, she enjoyed being out on a snowmobile. Lynn’s world revolved around her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She took great pride in hosting slumber parties and being the cool aunt. Lynn was also an animal lover her entire life.

Lynn is survived by her beloved siblings; Sandra Enright of Danbury, CT and Allen Currier and his wife Karen of Danbury, CT, her nieces and nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister Wendy Finkle.

A private cremation will be held. Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South Street) assisted the family with arrangements.
