Luis Alberto Recuenco Lopez

Luis Alberto Recuenco Lopez passed away on November 30, 2025, in Danbury, Connecticut. Luis was born on November 17, 1970, in Pallatanga, Ecuador, to the late Rafael Alcides Recuenco Lopez and Clara Luz Lopez.

Luis was a devoted father who deeply loved and cared for his children, grandchildren, siblings, and his nephews and nieces. He was a generous man, always willing to offer help to anyone in need. Known for his strong work ethic, he dedicated his life to providing for his family and teaching his children the value of hard work.  He enjoyed moments of family unity, sharing stories, and staying connected to his roots in Ecuador.

Luis is survived by his four beloved children: his son, Luis Recuenco and his wife Jazmin Teran; and his three daughters, Scarlett Recuenco Sulca, Tiffany Kiara Recuenco, and Darling Recuenco. He is also survived by his four grandchildren: Alexa Renata, Amelia Juliette, Nick Bryce, and Isabella. Luis is survived by six siblings and is predeceased by four siblings.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home, located at 117 South Street, Danbury, CT, on Friday, December 5th, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Luis Alberto Recuenco López falleció el 30 de noviembre de 2025 en Danbury, Connecticut. Luis nació el 17 de noviembre de 1970 en Pallatanga, Ecuador, hijo de los difuntos Rafael Alcides Recuenco López y Clara Luz López.

Luis fue un devoto padre que amó y cuidó profundamente a sus hijos, nietos, hermanos, sobrinos y sobrinas. Era un hombre generoso, siempre dispuesto a ayudar a quien lo necesitara. Conocido por su sólida ética de trabajo, dedicó su vida a mantener a su familia y a enseñar a sus hijos el valor del trabajo duro. Disfrutaba de momentos de unidad familiar, compartiendo historias y manteniéndose conectado con sus raíces en Ecuador.

A Luis le sobreviven sus cuatro queridos hijos: su hijo, Luis Recuenco, y su esposa Jazmín Terán; y sus tres hijas, Scarlett Recuenco Sulca, Tiffany Kiara Recuenco y Darling Recuenco. También le sobreviven sus cuatro nietos: Alexa Renata, Amelia Juliette, Nick Bryce e Isabella. A Luis le sobreviven seis hermanos y le precedieron en la muerte cuatro hermanos.

Se llevará a cabo una Celebración de la Vida en la Funeraria Danbury Memorial, ubicada en la 117 South Street, Danbury, CT, el viernes 5 de diciembre del 2025, de 6:00pm a 8:00pm.
