Loyd James Coffey, son of the late Arnold Coffey and Ethel Stamford was born August 4, 1951 in Watertown, Connecticut.
As a result of his generous spirit and pleasant personality, he was loved by many. His life was as beautiful as the outdoors that he loved so well, and his influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew him. He quietly departed this life Friday, March 15, 2019 at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut.
His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his soul mate Donna Kovacs and his children: Loyd Coffey Jr, Daniel Coffey, Sherri Ann Kovacs, Shannon Ceyllise Kovacs, and Brandy Simone McKinstry. Three son-in-law’s and six grandchildren, Joseph, Jessen, Teresa, DJ, Miranda and Ariella. Two great grandchildren, Gabriel and Madilynn. Niece, Lisa Marie Hulse and two nephews, Eddie and Peter Hulse.
A memorial service in celebration of his life will be held on March 23rd, 2019 at North East Baptist Church in Danbury, Connecticut at 3:30pm.
