Lottie B. Brady of Bethel Connecticut passed away at home on October 6, 2021 at the age of 89. She was preceded by her mother and father; Lottie (Grabowsky) and Alexander Barosky, 3 sisters and brothers in law; Natalie and John Krupnik, Gertrude and Lester Hamel, and Helen and Stephen Jubyna, 3 brothers and 1 sister in law; Stanley and Sophie Barosky, Edward Barosky, and Walter Barosky, and 1 grandson; baby Hall. She is survived by 2 sisters in law; Bertha Barosky and Rose Barosky. She also leaves 2 daughters and 1 son in law; Linda and Gabe Hall and Bonnie Siegrfried, and 2 grandsons who were the loves of her life; Christopher Hill and Gage Hall.
Lottie was born on September 29, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Stamford, CT as a child with her family. She graduated from Stamford High School Class of 1950. In 1956, Lottie and her fiancé, Wilmont ‘Bud’ Brady, danced in the Harvest Moon Ball at Madison Square Garden and were finalists in the Rock and Roll Division. In 1957 Lottie and Bud married and lived in Norwalk, before moving to Ridgefield and then Redding where they raised their daughters. While in Ridgefield Lottie was active in the community. After divorcing in 1982, Lottie settled in Bethel.
Lottie was also a winning contestant on the [Original] Price is Right and appeared in a Blue Cheer commercial shot at the Danbury Fair.
Per her wishes there will not be a formal service. Condolences can be mailed to her eldest daughter; Linda Hall, at 80 Kent Road, Kent, CT 06757 and memorial contributions may be made to the Bethel Community Food Pantry, 211 Greenwood Avenue 2-2, PMB 175, Bethel, CT 06801.
