Kham Khamta, also known as Patow, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday May 28th, 2020. He was born on January 1st 1925 in the country of Laos. He is a proud immigrant who brought his family to the United States in the year of 1980. He had the brightest green thumb, and loved gardening. If you were looking for him, he could always be found sitting outside basking in the sun wearing his white shirt and black beanie that was his signature look.
He is survived by his 5 daughters; Manychanh and husband (Khaled Mohamed), Bouchanh, Aee, Vandy and husband (Sammy Phonvichith), Chanhsy; and his son Thongdy Khamta. He was greatly loved by his grandchildren Patty, Franky, William, Amy, Lisa, Terry, Waleed, Adam, Tobe Kev, Jayden, and Autumn; and his great grandchildren Jaxton, Geizelle, and Scarlett.
A special thank you to his daughter, whom he lived with, Manychanh, and son-in-law Khaled Mohamed for taking great care of him throughout his years.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to his daughter, Vandy Phonvichith, to aid with his final expenses.
