Kenneth McLellan Obituary

Kenneth McLellan, died suddenly on May 1, 2023 at Danbury Hospital Center. He was 63 years old.
Born on April 14, 1960, son of Mildred (Pernell) McLellan and the late Nehemiah McLellan. Kenny graduated from Stamford High School in 1978 and enlisted in the US Marine Corps. He was honorably discharged in 1982.
Kenneth was married to his best friend and love of his life Daphne Hyman. Together they made each other stronger, and they loved each other unconditionally.
He was a cook/ dishwasher with Ethan Allen Hotel in Danbury, CT. Kenneth was also an amazing teacher and pastor, teaching the word of God to those who would listen. He was an avid sports lover, especially football and baseball. Kenny was a devoted God father to Joseph; he loved spending time with his God son and being part of his life.
Kenneth is not only survived by his mother Mildred and loving wife Daphne but also his daughter; Rashanda Craddock, his siblings; Daniel, Michael (Gwen), David (Jennie), Gotrell (Stacey), his step siblings; William, Vincent, Anthony, Dean and Priscilla and his sister-in-law Ophelia and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by not only his father but also his brother Nehemiah Jr and his sisters Patricia and Veronica.
A celebration of Kenneth's life will be held on Friday May 12, 2023 at 11am at Victory Christian Church (Eden Drive, Danbury, Connecticut.)
A private cremation was held. Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South Street,Danbury)
