Kenneth William Maloney passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 4, 2021 at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT. Ken was born on September 5, 1964 in Port Chester, NY.
Ken was an extremely skilled craftsman, working as a Lumber Customer Sales Associate at Lowes as well as owning and operating his business KWM & Sons as an independent contractor. Through his work as an expert carpenter, he met many clients who later became close lifelong friends.
Ken cherished time spent with his wife and children, organizing yearly trips to Disney World where he would plan every detail months in advance to create lasting memories. He was a giving and friendly person who loved to help people, was a respected coach for league football and basketball, and was the commissioner for Hat City Youth Sports for many years.
Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife Michele Maloney and their three children: son Nicholas Maloney (wife Megan), son Cameron Maloney and daughter Mackenzie Maloney. Mother Patricia Ann Pessolano and step-father Mark Anthony Pessolano. He is also survived by brother Steven Maloney, his father Kenneth Maloney Sr, his niece Vanessa Maloney (fiancé Johan) and his beloved grandson Landon Maloney.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at Northeast Baptist Church (101 E Pembroke Rd Danbury, Ct) on March 20, 2021 at 11:00 am.
