Kathleen Healy

Kathleen Healy, 60, of Danbury, passed away on December 29, 2023, at Danbury Hospital. Kathleen was born on October 1, 1963, in Danbury, CT, a daughter of the late Mary Margaret (Thompson) and Edward James Healy. She was a graduate of St. Peter School, Danbury High School, Naugatuck Valley Community College, and Western Connecticut State University. As a Systems Analyst, she worked for several local companies, most recently Honeywell International in Danbury.

Known affectionately as “Leen” to her family, Kathleen was a shy, quiet, and very private woman. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, and spending time with Max, her beloved cocker spaniel.

Kathleen is survived by her sister Annmarie (Ed) Durkin, her brother John (Flo) T. Healy, her two nieces Caitlin Durkin and Colleen Durkin, her aunt Andrea Thompson, and several cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Margaret Therese Healy, and brother Edward James Healy, Jr.
