Julio Osorio Obituary

Julio Cesar Osorio passed away on August 27 th , 2025 in Leachville, AR. He was born on April 12 1964 in Chinandega, Nicaragua to Silvio A Osorio and Alba M Osorio. In 1988, Julio immigrated to the United States in hopes of a better future for him and his family. He lived in New York for a short period of time before permanently moving to CT. He worked tirelessly and with great pride to provide for his loved ones, instilling in his children the value of preserverance and integrity.

His love for his family was his biggest passion and he cherished gatherings filled with laughter good food and music. He was the life of the party. Julio moved to New Orleans, Louisiana with his wife and youngest daughter. He worked as a laborer and relocated frequently for work. His coworkers would always speak highly of him and acknowledge his hard work ethics. After Hurricane Katrina, Julio helped rebuild the city. He was so honored to be a part of building the new Huey P Long Bridge and told stories about it to anyone that would listen. His kindness and humor will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. Even though he’s gone, his spirit will live with us forever.

He is survived by his wife: Meyling Tijerino; parents, Silvio & Alba Osorio; as well as his daughters: Jessica, Meylin, Alba S, and Meyling Juliana Osorio; and his grandchildren: Alyanna King, Aiden Montalvo, Jalissa Osorio, Julius Perez, Annalise Montalvo, and Mason Maxwell.
