Julio Jesus Gomez

In loving memory of Julio Gomez, who left us far too soon at the tender age of 17. 

Julio was a remarkable young man who had an immense passion for both football and basketball. His dedication and talent in these sports were truly exceptional, and he excelled in every game he played.

But beyond his athletic abilities, he had a vibrant personality that lit up every room he entered. His infectious laughter and quick wit brought joy to all those around him. He had a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and welcomed, and his outgoing nature allowed him to effortlessly connect with others.

His love for his mother, brother, and father was immeasurable. He cherished his family deeply and always went above and beyond to show his affection and support. He had a heart full of love and kindness, extending his warmth to anyone who crossed his path. His genuine care for others was evident in the way he treated everyone with respect and compassion.

Though his time with us was tragically cut short, his memory will forever live on in our hearts. We will remember him as the talented athlete, the funny and outgoing young man, and most importantly, as someone who loved unconditionally.

May his spirit continue to inspire us to live life to the fullest and to cherish the bonds we share with our loved ones.

Services will be held on Saturday, September 30th at Faith Church (600 Danbury Rd STE 1, New Milford) from 11:00am – 1:00pm. The internment will be private.

Julio's family has requested that everyone wear white during the celebration of his life service in his memory and honor.
