John Francis Kohler, Jr.

John F. Kohler, Jr. born December 7, 1956  in New Milford, CT passed on from this life on September 29,2024.

John was a self employed carpenter for many years before retiring. John was a New Fairfield Company A Firefighter and Ambulance Driver, an avid Poker and Pinochle player and enjoyed playing darts with friends in his earlier years. John was the son of the late John F. Kohler Sr. and the late Arline (Klatte) Kohler.

John is survived by his daughter April Garcia and her husband, Joseph of Danbury; his sisters: Jeanne Murphy of Danbury, Kathleen Carroll and her husband Ronald of New Fairfield; granddaughter Alexis Garcia and several cousins, nieces and nephews. John is also predeceased by his sister, Mary Whitlock. 

A Celebration of Life in John's memory will be held at Biscotti’s (4 Cottontail Rd. New Fairfield CT.) on Sunday, October 27th at 1:00pm.
