Joan Helen Peek

Joan Helen Peek, of New Milford, CT, died peacefully with her daughter by her side on October 8, 2023. She was 89 years old.

Born on September 10, 1934 in Danbury, CT, daughter of the late Dominic and Mary (Gillotti) Rotunda. Joan was predeceased by her husband William. Joan was a legal secretary with Daivs and Geck for many years before her retirement. 

Joan enjoyed listening to music and dancing. She greatly enjoyed playing Bingo with her friends and bowling.

Joan is survived by her loving daughter Catherine Peek, her grandchildren; Billy Peek and Kevan Van Coughnett, her great grandson Jordan, and her siblings; Bernie and Roberta. She was predeceased by her daughter Sharon, son Thomas and brother Bob.

A private cremation will be held as Joan requested. Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South Street) assisted the family with arrangements.
