Jennifer E. Setti

Jennifer Setti, of Brookfield, CT, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home on May 1, 2024. She was 53 years old. She was born on February 24, 1971 in Danbury, CT. She is the daughter of Carol Ann (Larocque) Gaylor and the late Richard W. Gaylor. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend.

She graduated from Brookfield High School in 1989. She went on to marry the love of her life, Joseph Setti Jr. on August 23, 1997. Together they created a life full of love and joy. Jennifer worked for Greentree Toyota for many years and when she had her children, committed to the role of being a stay- at-home mom. After her kids all graduated school, she worked with Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge at her practice Roseann Capanna-Hodge Ed.D BCN LPC in Ridgefield, CT as a Neurofeedback Technician until she passed.

Jen’s favorite thing to do was to be a mother, wife, and daughter. As long as she was able to take care of her loved one’s she was happy. When she wasn’t doing that, you could find Jen reading a book with a nice big cup of coffee in her hand or watching one of her many favorite shows on TV.

Jennifer is not only survived by her loving mother, Carol, and her husband Joe, but also her children: Lexi (and her significant other Christian) and Joey, her step-children: Tiffany (and her significant other Chris), Brittany, and Jeremy (and his significant other Kayla), grandchildren: Jadyn, Gianna, Christopher, Lyric, and Declan, and brother Rick. Along with that, she is survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A private cremation was held. Danbury Memorial Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. A family memorial will be held in August 2024.
