Jean Ann Imundo

Jean Ann Imundo died peacefully at Newtown Rehabilitation on Thursday January, 6, 2022. She was 87 years old. 

Jean was born on September 16, 1934 in Bronx, NY. She was the daughter of the late Sabino 'Sam' and Filomena 'Mamie'(Romano) Siniscalchi. Jean was married to her beloved husband, Victor John Imundo on April 16, 1966. Victor predeceased his wife on March 17, 2017. 

She is predeceased by her parents, her brother, Alfonso and her sisters Mollie (Siniscalchi) Moricone and Jennie Siniscalchi.

Mrs. Imundo worked for James Limousine for many years. She and Victor lived in many different places before retiring to Ave Maria, Florida. Following Victor’s death, Jean moved to Bethel, CT to be closer to family. Jean enjoyed hobbies such as ceramics and enjoyed baking and cooking. 

Jean is survived by her sons, John and Michael, daughter in-law Susana and Samira and her grandchildren John Jr., Brianna, Yussef, Adam and Mariam. 

Jean’s wishes were for a private cremation. Her ashes will be buried at Wooster Cemetery on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 11am. Danbury Memorial Funeral Home(117 South Street) assisted the family with arrangements.
