James Michael Sears passed away unexpectedly on May 31, 2021 at Danbury Hospital. James was born on November 25, 1966 in New Milford, CT to Linda Mae Sears.
James had a kind spirit and loving nature. He was a great listener and great friend. He was well known for his compassion and willingness to help anyone who was in need. James had a great love for the arts and was an artist himself. He loved to share this passion with his beloved nieces who he loved as if they were his own children.
James is survived by his loving sisters Dawn McCarthy and Kristine McCarty (Richard) and his nieces Chelsea McCarthy (Juan), Cory Hughes (Nate), Felicia Carmel, Ashley McCarty, Amber Cook (Jesse), Riley McCarty, and Hunter McCarty as well as his great-niece Dylan Zapata.
