Garrett Newkirk Ritch

Garrett Newkirk Ritch, passed unexpectedly in a tragic accident on March 20, 2024. He was 40 years old.

Born on November 23, 1983 in Stamford, CT, son of William Ritch and Barbara (Albrecht) Minter. Garrett loved the outdoors; he worked as a landscaper.

He was a great brother and son. Garrett was a person who would always be there for others, he was a kindhearted person who always wished the best for others.

Garrett is survived by his parents, his daughter Rayne, his sisters; Velvet and Willow, his niece Hadley and nephew Hootie and many dear friends.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Friday April 5, 2024 at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South Street) from 12pm-2pm.
