Eric B. Dunlap, 34 passed away suddenly on Sunday August 13, 2023. He was a lifelong New Milford resident and graduate of New Milford High School. Eric worked as a self-employed carpenter.
Eric had a true love for all things outdoors, from fishing and hiking to snowboarding in the winter. He had a zest for life and was known for having bonfires all year round with his friends, laughing and making memories. His love and compassion for animals of all sizes and species will be dearly missed. All who knew Eric loved him. His infectious smile, larger than life personality and the ability to always make you laugh; his bear hugs, and firm handshake will never be forgotten. His fierce loyalty, respect, and devotion to friends and family was endless. Eric was a true free spirit who lived every day to the fullest.
