Enrique Guevara

Enrique Guevara passed away peacefully on January 4, 2021 while surrounded by his loving family. Enrique was born on July 20, 1932 in Ciales, Puerto Rico to the late Ventura Guevarez and Francisca Rosado Guevarez.

Enrique worked for 27 years in the housekeeping department for Danbury Hospital. He was a hardworking and loving man who will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He was described by his family and peers as a kind, gentle, and generous man who enjoyed making people laugh with his radiant and unique sense of humor.

Enrique is survived by his family members: Miguel (late brother), Jesus (late brother), Nelida (sister), Josefina (sister), Ernesto (brother), Anibal (brother), George (brother), Raul (brother), Cesar (brother), and Monika (niece), as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Private Visitation and Prayer Service will take place by the family, however, you are welcome to join the service via live stream on Wednesday January 6, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. with a service to begin at 12 p.m. To join the live stream please continue to the service details section below. Burial will take place on Wednesday January 6, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at New Milford Center Cemetery. Mourners are welcome to attend the burial services in person or via live stream.
