Elsie Sette Mulhall

Elsie Sette Mulhall, of Bethel, CT, died peacefully at Danbury Hospital on March 3, 2023, with her family at her side. She was 75 years old. She was the widow of Daniel Kenneth Sette who predeceased her in December 1977 and of Barry E. Mulhall who predeceased her in August 2022.

Elsie was born April 27, 1947, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to the late Edward and Elsie (Acevedo) Highley. She attended and graduated from Academia San Jorge in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Elsie was the executive assistant to the Director of I.T. for the Duracell Company for many years before retiring. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting, playing World of Warcraft, and tending to her orchids. However, the thing she enjoyed the most was spending time with her family, especially with her grandsons.

Elsie is survived by her loving sons; Daniel Sette and Devin Mulhall. She is also survived by her cherished grandsons; Daniel H. Sette, Dylan Sette, and Nicholas Sette. She is also survived by her sister, Vivian Valido, and nephews. She will be missed by many, including a large extended family in Puerto Rico as well as her family of friends. She was predeceased by her faithful canine companions of over a decade, Lady and Bella.
