Donald Scott Lacey passed away peacefully on January 4, 2023 in New Milford, CT surrounded by his loving family. Known to everyone as Scott, he was born on September 7, 1948 in Niles, Michigan to the late Elena (Townsend) and Donald Lacey.
Scott served as a marine in the Vietnam War, was honorably discharged and awarded the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Vietnam Service Medal.
He enjoyed most of all spending time with his family, boating on Lake Candlewood, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and playing cards with his dear friends.
Scott is survived by his loving wife Sally Lacey, his beloved daughter Becca and her husband Eric Aubin, devoted sons Scott, Mark and his wife Melanie, as well as four grandchildren - Hunter and Lucy Aubin, Charles and Robert Lacey. He also leaves behind siblings Robin and her husband Larry Quigley, brother Chris Prichard and wife Noreen, brother Greg Prichard, brother Peter and wife Barbara, sister Laurie and husband Dan, and sister-in-law Cindy Lacey. He is predeceased by his older brother Steve Lacey.
