Dolores M. Rodriguez

Dolores M. Rodriguez died peacefully at Danbury Hospital Center on April 11, 2023. She was 88 years old.

Born on October 12, 1934 in San Jose de Las Matas Dominican Republic daughter of the late Efrain Rodriguez and America Goris.

Dolores was a teacher in the Dominican School System. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Dolores is survived by her loving children; Juan Leonardo Goris, Antonio Sanchez (Claribel) and Marianela Reyes, her 5 grandchildren; Ruth Pina, Katy Cordero, Anthony Sanchez, Stephen Sanchez and Jeffrey Goris and her great grandchildren; Diana Patel, Jose Arias and Mia Remer.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Wednesday April 19, 2023 at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South Street, Danbury) from 5pm-8pm. A graveside service will be held on Thursday April 20, 2023 at Wooster Cemetery (20 Ellsworth Avenue, Danbury) at 11am.

Nacida el 12 de octubre de 1934 en San José de Las Matas República Dominicana hija del fallecido Efraín Rodríguez y América Goris.

Dolores era maestra en el Sistema Escolar Dominicano. Fue una madre, abuela y bisabuela amorosa.

A Dolores le sobreviven sus amados hijos; Juan Leonardo Goris, Antonio Sánchez (Claribel) y Marianela Reyes, sus 5 nietos; Ruth Pina, Katy Cordero, Anthony Sanchez, Stephen Sanchez y Jeffrey Goris y sus bisnietos; Diana Patel, José Arias y Mia Remer.

Se llevará a cabo una reunión de celebración de la vida el miércoles 19 de abril de 2023 en Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South Street, Danbury) de 5 p. m. a 8 p. m. Se llevará a cabo un servicio junto a la tumba el jueves 20 de abril de 2023 en el cementerio de Wooster (20 Ellsworth Avenue, Danbury) a las 11 a. m.
