Dimas Ventura Obituary

Dimas Ramon Ventura, 71, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2021 at Nuvance Hospital in New Milford, CT surrounded by his loving family. Dimas was born on July 30, 1950 in Cabrera de Nagua, Dominican Republic to the late Evangelina Rosario and Ramon Ventura. Husband of Christian del Rosario.

Dimas had a passion for music, loved playing the guitar and enjoyed playing dominos as well as spending time with friends and family.  He was full of energy and joy that would light up a room.

Dimas is survived by his loving wife Christian del Rosario and his beloved children Edward Ventura husband of Luz Plasencia, Dimas Ventura Jr. husband of Vanessa Duran, Arianny Ventura wife of Dionicio Espinal, Dioskar Ventura and Dilan Ventura.  Brother to Samuel Ventura, David Ventura, Carlos Ventura, Luz Herminia Ventura, the late Pedro Julio Ventura, the late Radhames Ventura, Rafael Ventura and Ana Dilia Ventura in addition to the late Frank Felix del Rosario, the late Eva Maria del Rosario, the late Nicolas del Rosario, the late Corila del Rosario and Lucrecia Fermin.  He was an adored grandfather of Bribri, Izzy, Cam, Tais, EJ, Baby Jae, and baby Ventura-Duran coming soon.  He was a cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews, and a beloved cousin.

Dimas leaves behind a legacy for all including friends that have become family.  No services will be held in the United States as he will be taken back home to Dominican Republic to be laid to rest alongside his late parents.

Dimas Ramon Ventura, de 71 años, falleció apaciblemente rodeado de su amada familia el 18 de Septiembre del 2021 en el Hospital Nuvance en New Milford, CT.  Dimas nació el 30 de Julio del 1950 en Cabrera de Nagua, República Dominicana de los fallecidos Evangelina Rosario y Ramon Ventura.  Esposo de Christian del Rosario.

Dimas tenía pasión por la música, le encantaba tocar la guitarra y disfrutaba jugar Dominó y pasar tiempo con amigos y familiares.  Siempre demostró una alegria incomparable que iluminaba todo su entorno.

A Dimas le sobreviven su amada esposa Christian del Rosario y sus amados hijos Edward Ventura, esposo de Luz Plasencia, Dimas Ventura Jr., esposo de Vanessa Duran, Arianny Ventura, esposa de Dionicio Espinal, Dioskar Ventura y Dylan Ventura.  Apreciado hermano de Samuel Ventura, David Ventura, Carlos Ventura, Luz Herminia Ventura, el fallecido Pedro Julio Ventura, el fallecido Radhames Ventura, Rafael Ventura y Ana Dilia Ventura al igual que el fallecido Frank Felix del Rosario, la fallecida Eva Maria del Rosario, el fallecido Nicolas del Rosario, la fallecida Corila Rosario y Lucrecia Fermin.  Querido abuelo de Bribri, Izzy, Cam, Tais, EJ, Baby Jae y Bebé Ventura-Duran que vendrá pronto.  Estimado tío y querido primo de muchos.

Dimas deja un legado para todos, incluyendo los amigos que se han convertido en familia.  No habra servicio en los Estados Unidos si no que lo llevarán de regreso a casa en Republica Dominicana para descansar junto a sus difuntos padres.
