Delfina Folly passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on December 23rd, 2025. She was 79 years old.
Born on November 12, 1946, in the Azores Islands, Portugal, she was the daughter of Noemia and Manuel Aguiar.
Delfina enjoyed the arts, she was a great musician, singer and oil painter. If you were fortunate to have one of her canvases or sculptures you are considered a lucky one!
Delfina leaves behind her sister, Maria Torres, nephews Aldo(Lisa) Torres, Bernard Aguiar, nieces Angela Torres and Nicole Aguiar and great nieces and nephews, AJ and Abby Torres.
Delfina was predeceased by her parents, Noemia & Manuel Aguiar, lifetime partner Dorothy “Dottie” Mason, Brother Raymond “Rocky” Aguiar and Amos Aguiar.
Delfina will be remembered for her humor, musical and artistic talents by many organizations. Settled in Montville, New Jersey, Delfina moved to Connecticut in 2020 to be cared for by her family and remained with family until she was called home to celebrate with Dottie.
A private cremation will be held.
