David J. Coons, passed away peacefully on August 1st, 2020 at Regional Hospice in Danbury, CT. David was born on September 5th, 1957 in New Milford, CT to the late Ralph and Gladys Coons.
David earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Connecticut State University and worked many years as a credit analyst for G. E. Capitol. David, known as “Wolf” by those who were close to him, was a beloved husband, father and friend.
David is survived by his beloved wife Lori Coons, son Dillon S. Coons, and daughter Sara A. Speacht (husband John Speacht). Three grandchildren; Abel Speacht, Ava Speacht, and Jacob Speacht. As well as his two sisters, Gail Davis and Diane Johnson.
