Catherine Patricia Usaty

Catherine Patricia Usaty passed away on February 22, 2021 in Boyton Beach, Florida. Catherine was born on December 19, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Delia and John Fitzgerald.

Catherine was a loving soul who loved cooking, especially baking and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling to Florida in the winter months to escape the cold and instead enjoy the sun and warm weather of the south.

Catherine is survived by her loving children Bob Usaty, Karen Lyons and George Usaty Jr. as well as her loving grandchildren Joey Usaty of SanDiego, CA, Chris Usaty, Andrew Usaty, Austin Usaty, Spencer Lyons, Preston Lyons and her great grandson Connor Joseph Usaty. She was predeceased by her husband George Usaty in 2017.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held privately by the family. You may join us via livestream on Monday March 1, 2021 from 10am to 11am with a prayer service to begin at 11am. Entombment will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery (Lake Ave. Ext. Danbury, CT).
