It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anny Peralta, a devoted mother and grandmother, cherished sister, and beloved friend, who passed on April 13, 2025. Known for her warmth, strength, and unwavering love, she was an inspiration to everyone around her. Her commitment to her faith, family, and friends will always be remembered. Anny passed away peacefully at the age of 54 surrounded by her loved ones.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Anny moved to Connecticut early in life, where she built a life rooted in faith, family, and service to others. She was a devoted Christian and spent countless hours volunteering at her church and supporting her community, always lending a hand at potlucks and wherever she was needed.

Anny dedicated her career to caring for others, working as a nurse's aide for many years. Her clients often considered her family, touched by the compassion, respect, and genuine love she brought into their lives. Her selflessness was the foundation of everything she did.

She found joy in the simple pleasures of life: cooking delicious meals for her loved ones, gardening, bird watching, playing bingo and dominos, and relaxing at the beach. Above all, she loved being with her grandchildren and dreamed of opening a foundation to support children’s education and growth.

Anny’s warmth, humor, and fierce love for her family will be remembered by all who knew her. She is survived by her three sons, Christian, Alexander, and John, and her four grandchildren: Mila, Lucas, Mason, and Audrey. Her legacy of kindness and strength lives on in each of them.

After a courageous battle with cancer and other health challenges, Anny is finally at peace and resting in heaven.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Friday, May 9th at Danbury-Bethel Seventh-day Adventist Church (67 Turkey Plain Rd, CT-53, Bethel, CT) from 11:00am to 1:00pm with a service to begin at 12:00pm.
