Angela J. Elliott

Angela J. Elliott passed away on January 4, 2021 at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT. Angela was born on August 22, 1952 in Newark, NJ to the late Maria Fernandes and Americo de Pinho. Beloved wife of the late Richard Elliott. 

Angela served as a clerk at the United States Postal Service in Danbury for 30 years. After her retirement, Angela worked in the healthcare industry as a home health aid and took great pride in offering the best possible care for her clients.  She was a member of various women’s groups in the Fairfield County area and was a regular volunteer for the Bethel Senior Center. 

Angela was an avid church goer, loved to read, and had a passion for animals. She enjoyed travelling, especially to Florida, where she would enjoy the sunshine & warmer weather.  However, most of all she cherished writing letters and notes to her loved ones. No matter the occasion, she would reach out to connect with the people she held close to her. 

Angela is survived by her beloved daughter Barbara Elliott, sister Julia Guarino (George), and half-brother Rick de Pinho. As well as two nieces, Jennifer and Julie.
