Nancy Lee (Itri) Gallagher

Nancy Lee Gallagher, age 76, formally from Stamford, CT passed away peacefully on October 26th, 2018. Nancy was born on November 18th, 1941 in Stamford, CT to the late Rose Marie (Cybosky) and Ubal Daniel Itri.  

She was a graduate of the Mother of God Academy in Stamford, CT and earned her AA at the University of Bridgeport.  Nancy co-founded Blue Chip Marketing Group in 1982 and was nominated Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. Magazine. She also co-founded ASPIRE and the JONA Fund, both programs benefitted disadvantaged youths.  She was a beloved wife, sister, aunt, cousin, friend and mentor.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Francis Gallagher and her sisters Barbara Ann Itri and Cathy Donna Itri. She is survived by 1 niece, 4 nephews, 2 grandnieces, 1 grandnephew and many cousins.   

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on November 2, 2018 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary of Stamford Parish (566 Elm St, Stamford, CT 06902). Burial to follow at St. Mary Cemetery (35 Parsonage Rd, Greenwich, CT 06830).
