Florentino Negron passed away on December 29, 2019 at Danbury Hospital while surrounded by his loving family. Florentino was born on August 18, 1952 in Orocovis, Puerto Rico to the late Juana Maria (Perez) and Zoilo Negron.
Florentino was a simple man who was happiest when he was fishing on a beautiful day. In his younger years in Puerto Rico, he enjoyed playing baseball with his friends and continued to enjoy watching the sport as he grew older. When he wasn’t on the water fishing, he cherished time spent relaxing at home with his beloved wife Miriam and their german sheppard, Sheba.
Florentino is survived by his wife Miriam Negron. Son Manuel Negron, daughter Tanya Negron, and son Tino Negron. As well as one grandson, four sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by one brother.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday January 4, 2020 at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South St, Danbury CT 06810) from 3 to 6 p.m. with a Prayer Service to begin at 5:00 p.m.
