Wolfgang W. Hilse of Brookfield, CT passed away peacefully on April 22, 2018 while surrounded by his loving family. Wolfgang was born in Schweinfurt, Germany on October 1st, 1943 to the late Ellie and Werner Hilse.
His passions in life were his family, and his love for cooking. He completed his culinary apprenticeship in Germany and worked as chef throughout Germany and Switzerland and finally the USA. After retirement, he could always be found cooking up something delicious for his family.
Wolfgang is survived by his beloved wife Charlotte Hilse, son Ulrich Hilse (wife Renita), and daughter Heidi Hilse. As well his four cherished grandchildren; Samantha, Gunnar, Ryan, and Rhonda.
