Monique Kara Poulin

Monique Kara Poulin passed away on November 8, 2017 in Plainville, CT at the age of 25. Monique was born on December 9, 1991 in Danbury, CT to Cheryl (Lobdell) Poulin and Guy Poulin.

Monique was always very fashionable. She loved keeping up with the latest trends, shopping, and especially loved getting her nails manicured. One of her greatest passions was caring for animals and she cherished days spent dog sitting or visiting local shelters. She especially loved bull dogs, pugs, and always admired elephants. In her free time she also crocheted, enjoyed puzzles, and spending time with her friends and family whenever she could. Monique could often be found dancing to her favorite music or enjoying a comfortable night in with a good movie.

Monique is survived by her mother Cheryl (Lobdell) Poulin, father Guy Poulin, and brother Stefan Poulin. Maternal grandparents Peggy Sue Hanna of Florida and Wesley Lobdell of New York. Three uncles; Gaston Poulin (Noelline), Marc Poulin (Martine), and Philippe La Chance. Five aunts; Luce Faucher (Real), Carole Vachon (Eve), Vicky Poulin, Ginger Wilk of Vermont and Mary Lisee of Florida. As well as many cousins. 

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held for Monique on Tuesday November 14, 2017 at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South St, Danbury CT 06810) from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
