Frances M. Vernagallo

With heavy hearts we announce Frances M. Vernagallo passed away suddenly on January 30, 2018 while surrounded by her loving family at Danbury Hospital. Frances was born on May 11, 1938 in Manhattan, New York to the late Antoinette (Gerardi) and Louis Tulimiero. Wife of the late Joseph Vernagallo.

Frances was a fun loving woman with an amazing sense of humor and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her family was the light of her life. Her greatest pride was bringing her family together for any and all occasions. Nothing made her happier than cooking a 3 course meal, she was truly one of a kind. She was so proud to be a grandmother and great grandmother. 

Frances is survived by her sister Louise (Michael) Murphy and daughters Joanne (Frank) Reed & Christine Vernagallo. Grandchildren Danielle (Todd) DeLuke, Diana (Roger) Chappuis, Frankie Reed Jr, Jessica Paul, Taylor Paul, Chelsea Vernagallo. As well as her Great Grandchildren; Bryce, Todd Jr, Roger IV, Brooke, Joseph, Hanna, Laila, Sami and one on the way! She's also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children. Frances is predeceased by her brother Dominick Tulimiero.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Monday February 5, 2018 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Danbury Memorial Funeral Home (117 South St, Danbury CT 06810) followed by a service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery at 208 S.
