Elizabeth Marelli Obituary

Elizabeth Marelli passed away peacefully on March 11th, 2018 at the age of 93, in Danbury CT at her home surrounded by her loving family. Elizabeth was born on December 4th, 1924 in New Castle, England. Wife of the late Anthony "Tony" Marelli.

To friends, known as “Penny” and to family, know as “Nana.” This strong courageous woman was a proud member of the Royal Navy of England and also worked as the VIP Attendant at the Concierge desk for the Hilton Inn for many of years.

On top of being a loyal hard worker, Elizabeth was also a loving mother and grandmother to 4 generations of children. She was a woman of much Faith and integrity that held strong values and morals that she instilled in all of her loved ones.

Elizabeth was kind, gentle, and full of wisdom. She was full of laughs and life. Her most enjoyed free time was spent crocheting, reading, and going to the casino. However, she was happiest when spending time with her loved ones, especially her great grandchildren.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Susan Felicissimo, granddaughter Danielle Meldon, great granddaughters Kendyl Fleischmann, Brenna Callands (Spouse) Tyrell Callands, and newly welcomed great great grandson Aziah King Callands.

She will be greatly missed. God Bless her soul.
